Its day 25 already, I’m so happy for the consistency and encouragements so far, thanks so much. Today our talk is on smoothies, yeeeeeeeeah smoothie.

Smoothie is a thick beverage made from blended fruits and vegetable. It can also be blended with diary product to increase the nutrient. Smoothies can be blended with other nutrient supplements, nuts, diary products, chocolates, mints, cheese, honey, syrup, sweeteners, fruit juices, herbs and spices, just to increase the amount of calorie in it and make it a complete meal on its own.

You can make smoothie from just one fruit or combination of two or more fruits and vegetables.
Being a combination of different fruits and vegetables, smoothie is a very nourishing healthy drink that supplies the body with varieties of vitamins and minerals based on the numbers of combinations of fruits.

Smoothie, is a meal when it is blended with other food products or nutrients supplements, which makes it healthy for all age groups and class.

Smoothie is one healthy drink you can make in your kitchen without breaking your bank, as you just need to make a combination of your favorite fruit and additional supplement.

Smoothies are a good drink for entertaining our guests, for treats for the kids, for dinner when you don’t feel like munching, for breakfast if you can’t stand eating anything quite heavy, for refreshing our health and that of the family, it can be served to the elderlies, pregnant women, lactating mothers and also a great choice depending on the combination for children above 6 months (as a complementary food).

Let me teach you how to make one of my favorite combination.
-So you combine Orange, pineapple, cucumber, Date and yoghurt.
-Add crushed ice, the fruits and yoghurt into the blender and blend till its well pureed.

-Pour into your cup and enjoy.
You can also garnish it with another fruit like lime, watermelon, grapes/berries.
